Overview

CHI St. Gabriel's Health is actively recruiting a Physician to join our well established clinic in Little Falls, Minnesota. This position is in direct response to expanding services needs of the vibrant communities we serve.

The ideal candidate for this position will be:

  • Must be a BE/BC Family Medicine w/ OB Physician
  • Experienced in Family Medicine with a desire to work in a traditional primary care clinic setting
  • Full time 40-hour work week
  • Have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to work well in a team-based care delivery model
  • Possess a strong commitment to the creation of healthier communities
  • This practice model supports outpatient clinic operations

Responsibilities
  • Patient Care:
    • Diagnose and treat various medical conditions.
    • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
    • Conduct thorough medical examinations and histories.
  • Communication:
    • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
    • Provide clear and concise medical information.
    • Foster a collaborative and patient-centered approach to healthcare.
  • Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
    • Document medical findings, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
    • Ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations.
  • Diagnostic Procedures:
    • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging.
    • Perform procedures as needed

Compensation Information:
$167.52 / Hourly - $167.52 / Hourly


Starting At: 167.52 Hourly
Up To: 175.9 Hourly
