Overview
Dignity Health Medical Group - North State is seeking a Colorectal PA to assist our busy Colorectal Surgeon. This position will be primarily in clinic with minimal OR requirements.
- Work with an experienced surgeon and team
- Primarily Clinic with minimal OR (amount of OR time can be negotiable, based on candidate interest)
- Includes rounding on patients in the hospital
- Post-Op Clinic
- Lots of In-Clinic Procedures
- No weekend call requirements, Mon- Friday only
- 36 patient-facing hours/week
Colorectal experience is a plus, but willingness to learn and a commitment to the geographic area are key.

Responsibilities
Patient Assessment and Diagnosis:
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
Treatment Planning and Management:
- Develop and implement patient care plans.
- Prescribe medications and therapies.
- Provide health promotion and disease prevention education.
Collaboration and Consultation:
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
- Consult with physicians and specialists as needed.
- Coordinate patient care across various settings.
Qualifications
- A valid and unrestricted license to practice in the State of California
- Nationally recognized certification (as determined by Medicare)
- Completion of state mandated educational courses
Pay Range
$64.90 - $79.33 /hour
Compensation Information:
$64.9 / Hourly - $64.9 / Hourly
Starting At: 64.9 Hourly
Up To: 79.33 Hourly
