Cognizant Mexico is looking for a .NET with SQL Application Support Engineer with L2 Support experience to work with a worlwide company from the food industry
Your main responsiblities as an Application Support Analyst:
- Monitor availability of the applications and notify support team in case of exceptions and also provide update to applications owners and business stakeholder on the status and the potential impact.
- Manage tickets and tasks Level 2
- Escalate tickets when required.
- Alert Leads for tickets where there can be a potential SLA breach.
- Ensure quality of deliverables through selfreview.
- Provide inputs to task estimation.
ADVANCED ENGLISH IS REQUIRED
- 2 to 3 years of experience with .NET application support
- Monitoring, Configure and Troubleshooting
- Following Production Support processes defined by customer
