Description
1 temporary full-time position for 4 months intended specifically for students enrolled in an engineering, architectural technology/design, civil engineering technology, interior design, urban planning related co-op or equivalent post-secondary work experience diploma or degree program. Other education programs with a work experience component may also be considered. Commencing May 2026
This position will be working within the Integrated Infrastructure Services Department and support workspace planning - creating spaces that support the work of the Corporation.
What you will do:
- Aid with workspace assessments by completing project documentation and liaising with business partners
- Assist in stakeholder relations and functional program creation
- Assist with office furniture management by tracking furniture requests, preparing requests for quotations and attending site meetings
- Design support through space planning, interior design, and furniture layouts
- Assist with workspace booking system and requests for changes
- Assist with vendor and contract management
