Are you motivated by working to improve web-content sharing platforms and user experiences? Edmonton Public Library is looking for a confident and dynamic Voices of the Land Coordinator to advance EPL's support for digital content creation, focusing on provincial Indigenous Digital Storytelling Initiatives.
As a member of our collaborative Collection Management & Access team, you will support the continuous improvement and day-to-day administration of the https://voicesoftheland.org/ digital content platform, focusing on the end-user experience. The successful candidate will effectively facilitate platform user training sessions for members of Indigenous communities and library staff across Alberta.
As the ideal candidate, you will have a strong customer service approach, experience working with and consulting diverse communities and demonstrated superior communication, presentation and collaboration skills.
