Candidate must be local to LA, as training will be done onsite

The Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume data entry and review of wire transfer information for accuracy and completeness.
• Verify transaction details and ensure all required information is entered correctly.
• Communicate with customers and internal partners to validate requests and resolve issues.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Review and update transaction records, correcting incomplete or inaccurate information as needed.
• Maintain accurate records while following bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

The Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma.
• 6 months and more of wire processing experience.
• Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, customer service, banking operations, or transaction processing preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $30.00/hour - $35.00/hour
