COMMERCIAL CARD ACCOUNT MANAGER
WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? The Commercial Card Account Manager is responsible for the day to day operational servicing, support, and training for commercial cards and the Commercial Card Online (CCO) platform.
What you will do
- Support Line colleagues in providing superior service to clients, interfacing with all levels of management
- Partner with Commercial Card Implementations Team and Commercial Card Sales Team to ensure client has seamless onboarding process
- Support Commercial Card Sales Team as needed
- Provide superior service and facilitate training directly with clients
- Infrequent weekend support may be needed to support urgent client issues
- Assist client in completing the following online platform tasks and educate clients to self-service as much as possible:◦ unlock passwords◦ add users◦ set up users on CCO◦ order cards (rush and no rush)◦ close cards◦ inquire on non-fraud disputed charges◦ payment questions in regards to CCO◦ set up/ add G/L codes◦ create data mappers coordinate with processor for custom mappers and Visa Feeds◦ add expense report approvers◦ problem solve for various error messages in regards to CCO (expense reports, standard reports, statement images)◦ add and maintain alerts◦ facilitate credit balance refund requests◦ facilitating conversion of corporate bill to individual bill◦ download user reports (internal)◦ other tasks as needed
- Support Clients within the following SLAs◦ 8 Hours to respond to inquiry◦ 24 Hours to resolve issue
- Compliance – CNB CBTs and legal regulatory changes we need to adhere to.
- Assist with other Card Product support as needed
- Provide support to all aspects of the Credit Card Operations team as needed
- Provide ongoing education and training to existing clients not currently utilizing commercial card online.
Must-Have*
- Minimum 3 years of banking experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience supporting and maintaining commercial cards
- Minimum 2 years of experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, etc)
Skills and Knowledge
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Working knowledge/experience with commercial cards preferred
- Extensive industry/business knowledge in credit card or payments industry.
- Proven experience in demonstrating initiative in creating and maintaining positive business relationships.
- Ability to concurrently manage multiple projects and timeframes is necessary; sense of urgency paramount.
- Excellent organizational, problem solving, analytical, planning, and scheduling skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary to make presentations/webinars and communicate with all levels of Bank management.
- High proficiency in Excel; proficiency in Word, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Access and other advanced programs would be beneficial.
- Creativity when designing solutions to problems.
