BUSINESS SERVICES ANALYST II
WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
This colleague will serve as a key business production support resource to the Electronic Payment Operations team, with a strong emphasis on ACH. Responsibilities include learning and understanding the systems, processes and regulations utilized by the payment operations teams to address challenges, collaborate with stakeholders and identify improvement opportunities. This colleague will perform system administrative, configuration and reporting functions which are NOT the responsibility of Business and Technology Services. At its core, the Business Services Analyst role works to understand the needs of the Payment Operations organization and assist with solutiona.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Respond to incidents quickly to minimize downtime or disruptions; engage appropriate internal/external parties, attempt to diagnose and resolve minor issues.
- Ensure application uptime, monitor performance and run health checks. Help end users with problems or questions about how their application(s) is performing.
- Develop and support the delivery of information to assist tactical and strategic programs.
- Coordinate and obtain access to systems and identify technical resources for production and project support.
- Assist with Access Management and Privileged Access controls; establish new user credentials, unlock accounts, and reset passwords for non-IAM Vendor applications,
- Support application/system upgrades, patches, configuration changes, testing, and disaster recovery engagements.
- Act as a bridge between the business users, technology, and vendors.
- This person is responsible for documentation of any project/activity assigned.
- This person may also be responsible for recommending, updating, or designing new reports and useful tools to aid production.
- This person may also have project requirement and oversight engagements.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
Required Qualifications*
- Minimum 5 years experience in banking or financial services
Additional Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- Prior banking experience.
- Prior ACH experience and Nacha familiarity; Nacha certification (AAP and/or APRP) a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter and collaborative teammate with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a deadline drive environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong knowledge in MS Word, Excel and MS Access.
- Strong knowledge of PC computing environments, experience using reporting/query tools such as Brio, MS Query, MS Access, Crystal Reports or Business Objects helpful.

Compensation
Starting base salary: $34.55 - $55.19 per hour. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
