The Opportunity
This position is responsible for conducting day to day support of the City National Online Enrollment team. Key responsibilities include the following: City National Online Enrollment and Online Banking Profile Maintenance.
The Responsibilities
- Responsible for performing the following day to day processes including processing related to City National Online Bill Pay Enrollment, Wire Enrollments and Online Banking Profile Account Maintenance Queue.
- Responsible for detection of suspected fraudulent activity using sound judgment, bank resources/tools, and following appropriate authentication procedures.
- Immediate escalation of fraud to Team Lead/Manager is required.
- Miscellaneous duties supporting CNO Ops functions as needed.
The Qualifications
- Three (3) or more years' experience in financial services / operations including one (1) year as team lead or leadership experience in a financial or service organization.
Knowledge of:
- Investment concepts, practices and procedures used in the securities industry, financial markets and products, familiarity with Fiduciary roles and responsibilities
Skill in:
- Interpreting and applying policies and procedures.
- Establishing operational objectives.
- Implementing processes and procedures for efficient and timely workflow.
- Promoting effective coordination between work groups.
Ability to

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $38.33/hour - $41.09/hour
