Finance & Control department in Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is part of Circle K's Global Finance organization and is responsible for full accounting and financial reporting cycle for Circle K European operations.

Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for:

Specialist Finance with German language skills in Accounts Receivable and Collections team

Main responsibilities:

• Incoming payments to customer account allocation;

• Bank clearing related balance sheet account monitoring;

• Monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments;

• Collaboration with Business units and external debt collection agencies;

• Credit insurance claims management;

• Serving customer (internal and external) queries related to payments and their postings;

• Balance confirmations for customers;

• Period closing related tasks;

• Assist with internal and external audits;

• Participation in improvement projects.

Main requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field;

• Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures;

• Familiarity with financial accounting statements;

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills;

• Fluent in English (both verbal and written);

• Fluent in German (both verbal and written, at least C1 level)

• Experience with ERP (SAP, JDE experience will be considered as an advantage);

• Precise, analytical, organized, solution-oriented, and stress-resistant personality;

• Self-motivated, positive, good team player.
