Salesforce Business AnalystSr. Specialist BMS Platforms
Type of Employment: Permanent
Location: Our offices in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Latvia or Estonia
Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Senior Manager BMS Platforms, we are looking for for a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our Global Salesforce team. If you're passionate about Salesforce, thrive in fast-paced environments, and love solving puzzles, then we want you on our team!

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Here are ways that you'll help make journeys better:
Manage the configuration, customization, and maintenance of our Salesforce platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize Salesforce features.
Provide expert-level support to users, troubleshoot issues, and offer timely resolutions.
Conduct training sessions for end-users and ensure ongoing system adoption.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the Salesforce platform.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce architectural solutions.
Lead and participate in Salesforce-related projects from initiation to completion.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Personal skills:
Proactive, self-managed, and adaptable with a positive attitude in a fast-paced working environment.
Eager to learn new things and develop skills.
Team player, with strong relationship-building, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
Excellent English oral and written communication skills – other languages are a plus.
Interest in learning about business processes and systems.
Functional skills:
Solid experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Salesforce Administrator.
Salesforce Administrator Certification is a plus, but not required.
Experience in Project Management or Project Teams.
