THE ROLE

Building on the success of using in-house creative services in North America, we're now rolling the services into Europe.   Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you'll be responsible for supporting our European Business Units (BUs) as they transition to using the internal Global Creative Production team (known as Jeff).  As the project lead and subject matter expert for all tasks associated with the onboarding, you'll work closely with the BUs to ensure it's a smooth process.   You'll be the hub coordinating with the marketing, merchandising, and operations teams for all workflows relating to the project, process and tools needed to make this a success.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Here are ways that you'll help make journeys better:

  • Coordinate all cross-functional work between marketing, merch and operations and input into the BU roll-out plan for Creative Services to our European BUs.

  • As operational subject matter expert, provide guidance and insights and support the needs of the BUs and Marketing.

  • Coordinate third-party relationships and input as needed in terms of scheduling and execution.

  • Participate in formal touch-points between operations, marketing, local printers and local BU teams during the planning and roll out of the project.

  • Provide status updates to all senior management in relation to the roll out plans and progress made.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Project Management (Agile and Waterfall methodologies), Business Analysis or other similar roles.

  • Strong track record of project management and dealing with complex change management.

  • Strong skills in collaboration, cooperation, communication and organising.

  • Experience working with diverse teams across many countries and rolling out projects to these teams.

  • Experienced with relevant MS software and other industry programs – eg, PM Tools, MS Office.  Adobe Workfront and Aprimo DAM a bonus.

  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbally and written. You'll need to be able to communicate your findings to teams with actionable results.

Team-minded individual who takes responsibility and solve problems. You strive for the best possible outcome and put in extra thought and effort to promptly complete all tasks well. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal skills and understands the importance of process, clear communication and building relationships.
