As the Vice President of Operational Excellence for our School Management Organization, you will provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and hands‑on management to drive cost savings, increase revenue, and support the development of World Class PK--12 systems. You will collaborate closely with the President, functional area leaders, and school/field leadership teams to optimize resources, maximize enrollment, support the delivery of Red Carpet customer service, and ensure all schools operate with the highest levels of efficiency and effectiveness. Your role will directly advance the organization's mission by aligning operational quality with academic and organizational goals.

 

How You Will Impact Education

  • Partner with the President to lead initiatives that improve operational performance across the organization's PK--12 school portfolio.
  • Drive cost savings strategies and revenue growth initiatives, ensuring optimal use of resources, staffing, and tools.
  • Oversee and improve enrollment strategies to ensure strong student recruitment and retention.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor systems, processes, and best practices that support World Class PK--12 education.
  • Champion Red Carpet customer service standards across all schools, fostering an exceptional experience for students, families, and visitors.
  • Collaborate with functional leaders (finance, facilities, HR, IT, education, etc.) to align operational support with school needs.
  • Work directly with school/field leaders to assess operational strengths, identify opportunities, and implement solutions that drive efficiency and quality.
  • Monitor and evaluate operational performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations to the President.
  • Serve as a strategic resource for budgeting and resource allocation to ensure alignment of fiscal investments with school operational priorities.
  • Lead cross‑functional projects designed to streamline workflows and enhance service delivery to schools.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable state, federal, and organizational regulations, standards, and policies.

Job Requirements

  • Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Education Leadership or an equivalent major.
  • At least 8-10 years related experience in educational leadership roles, preferably at the K-12 level.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Student Information Systems, preparing reports and visual presentations.
  • A proven track record of strategic planning, organizational development, and change management.
