Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, providing excellent service, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. This position offers opportunities for both remote and onsite work, depending on business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
Make outbound calls to follow up with clients or provide updates as needed.
Provide accurate information about services, policies, and procedures.
Document all customer interactions in the system promptly and accurately.
Handle complaints with patience and escalate issues when appropriate.
Meet or exceed call center performance metrics (call handling time, satisfaction scores, etc.).
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework is a plus.
Prior call center or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
