You Can Expect:
- $210k base 220k base + 40k commencement bonus

- $150/hr excess hours
- $10k relo
- $3500k CME
- If you are a flexible team player, we'd love to have you join our team! We offer 8-, 10- and 12-hour shifts. Candidates can expect to work one scheduled weekend/month.
- Care Team Model
- 360 beds (LGH) 160 beds (VBH)
- Strong relationship with our surgeons. Our surgeons appreciate the Anesthesia team's skill set and expertise, which create an excellent work environment. Truly a team-based model.
- 3:1 supervision/direction of CRNAs
- Case mix at two hospitals (Expected to provide some coverage at both facilities, hospitals are 4 miles apart):
- Virginia Baptist: General, plastics, urology, GYN, peds dental, mostly bread and butter cases, plus heavy OB coverage. 2700 deliveries were performed by group last year.
- Lynchburg General: No OB, but will do general, cardiac, thoracic, neuro, cath lab, ortho, and trauma.
- Cerner EMR

Required Qualifications
- Qualified candidates must possess a master's degree, current Virginia licensure, certification with NBCRNA, ACLS and PALS.

???????CMG Anesthesia Services located in beautiful Lynchburg, VA, is seeking CRNAs to join our multi-specialty group to provide services at our Centra Lynchburg General Hospital and Centra Virginia Baptist Hospital. Cases include - Neuro, Ortho, Trauma, Cath Lab, GYN, Urology, Plastic Surgery, General Surgery, Ophthalmology, and some Peds & OB.
