As a Sales Enablement Specialist at BMC, you will work on the Worldwide Enablement team, supporting and managing enablement programs that strengthen the capabilities of our global Sales and Presales teams. If you are passionate about helping others succeed and have an enthusiasm for enabling growth across the organization, this is the job for you!
Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC's and your own success:
  • Drive the execution of key sales and presales enablement programs globally, including onboarding, training series, and strategic initiatives.
  • Organize and maintain enablement assets, resources, and communications to ensure ease of access and consistency across teams.
  • Lead or assist in the coordination of live and virtual training sessions, including instructor-led and self-paced formats.
  • Manage logistics for meetings, workshops, and events including scheduling, registration, and materials distribution.
  • Support new hire onboarding by coordinating schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring a world-class ramp-up experience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure alignment on goals and messaging.
  • Contribute to curriculum design and development; with growth opportunities to create new training programs from the ground up.
  • Track, measure, and report on program impact and learner engagement.
To ensure you are set up for success, you will bring the following skillset and experience:
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Training, or related field with 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, program management, training coordination, or a related field. Experience working in a global software or technology company is a plus.
  • You have proven ability to lead training classes, both in person and virtually, with strong facilitation and communication skills.
  • Your experience includes assisting in course design, curriculum planning, or instructional development.
  • You have solid project/program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives across regions and teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, SharePoint, etc.). • Knowledge of LMS systems and content management tools.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Command of the Message, or Challenger is a plus.

The annual base salary range represents the low and high end of the BMC salary range for this position. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. 

The range listed is just one component of BMC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.

At BMC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at /near the top of the range. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $62,025 - $103,375
