Join BMC Software as a Product Account Manager specializing in our DBA solution set within the US Expansion Team. In this role, you will focus exclusively on existing enterprise customers, driving expansion and deeper adoption of BMC's solutions across your territory. This is a quota-carrying role where you are fully accountable for your territory, owning strategy, pipeline, and execution to deliver measurable growth.

Here is how, through this exciting role, you will contribute to BMC's and your own success:
• Own and exceed quota by driving expansion revenue within existing enterprise accounts, focusing on the DBA solution portfolio  • Build, manage, and execute a strong pipeline through value-based selling, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, leading the full sales cycle leveraging BMC's ecosystem resources  • Operate as the business owner of your territory, defining account strategies and driving deal execution end-to-end  • Position BMC's DBA solutions as key drivers of efficiency, automation, and business value within customer environments  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and represent BMC as a brand ambassador through professionalism and customer-centricity  To ensure you're set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience: 
• You embrace and demonstrate BMC's core values in every interaction  • You have a proven track record as a quota-carrying seller, consistently exceeding targets within enterprise accounts  • You bring experience from an automation or data-focused company, with the ability to articulate technical value in business terms  • You understand DBA-related environments and can align solutions to deliver meaningful customer outcomes  • You are skilled at managing complex sales cycles and engaging multiple stakeholders across technical and business teams  • You thrive in a highly accountable role, taking full ownership of your territory and outcomes #LI-Remote  CA-DNP

The annual base salary range represents the low and high end of the BMC salary range for this position. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of BMC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country-specific benefits. At BMC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range. This roles compensation includes a mix of base salary and variable pay. The base salary range is $104,000 - $156,000, with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) range of $208,000 - $312,000.
