We are laser-focused on delivering real value to our customers by accelerating innovation and the application of applying agentic AI in digital service and operations management for IT organizations around the world. The Partner Operations Analyst will lead critical initiatives such as Business Investment Funds, Teaming, and Co-Sell Programs for the Helix Channel COE. The role includes providing remote partner support to WW Partner Managers, supporting distributors and VAR partners, coordinating product and sales training, and reviewing certification/badging with partners. The objective is to ensure high-quality service delivery, improve transaction velocity, drive automation/AI adoption, and enhance partner community coverage.
Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC's and your own success:
Channel Partner Support
- Own the WW Business Investment Funds, Teaming, and Co-Sell Programs
- End-to-end ownership of partner agreements, system execution, and renewals
- Act as back-up and ensure business continuity for the Channel COE Team
Channel Sales Support
- Review Partner Deal Registration leads in BMC's PRM (Partner Hub) system
- Drive revenue and support opportunity closure with indirect sales channel partners
Partner Onboarding & Enablement
- Develop and execute New Partner Onboarding Plans with Channel Managers
- Manage partner certification/badging
- Follow up on Partner Enablement Plan execution
- Support partners with BMC site access, login issues, and train them on site layout and usage
Reporting & System Updates
- Follow up on partner report submissions (Forecast, Enablement Tracker, etc.) as per geo requirements
- Update SFDC as required
- Perform data integrity and sanity checks
Relationship Management
Work with internal and external teams involved in partner transactions, including:
- VAR Partners
- BMC Helix Partner Managers
- BMC Helix Channel Operations
- Order Management
- Accounts
- BMC Helix Vendors
- 4-5 years of experience in channel partner management, preferably in the IT products or SaaS industry.
- A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. The candidate should be ready to own the assigned region end-to-end, proactively support partner managers, and does what it takes to drive results. Should be agile, proactive, a team player, and someone who takes initiative to lead, support others, and create joint success stories. A “doer” with a strong drive to succeed and grow within the organization.
- Excellent fluency in English language, both written and verbal communications.
- Ability to independently and effectively multitask in a dynamic matrix environment and participate, contribute, and in some cases, lead to multiple efforts with stakeholders across the globe Use of automation in channel operations or AI tools in channel Operations will be a huge added advantage

At BMC we believe in pay transparency and have set the midpoint of the salary band for this role at 1,180,000 INR. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
The salary listed is just one component of BMC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.
