BU Description We are Technology and Automation team that drives competitive Advantage for BMC by enabling recurring revenue growth, customer centricity, operational efficiency and transformation through actionable insights, focused operational execution, and obsessive value realization. About You
- You like to develop, design, and deliver solutions that deliver sustained business value from our and associated solutions
- You enjoy working cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and IT organizations for supporting the customer success organization
- You're a team player and believe in building synergies across BMC to create/continually evolve one integrated customer journey.
- You like to innovate, and have a passion for solving business problems, to continuously improve our quality of service
- You have a passion for development, and challenge yourself to learn new things

• Minimum of 6+ years of Administration experience with Oracle Eloqua and different facets of Marketing Cloud Products are a plus
• Salesforce.com implementation and administration experience
• Solid understanding of web technologies, relational databases and multi-tier applications
• Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment and deliver on commitments in a timely manner
• Ability to mentor and train people on technical skills
• Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Ability to extract and analyze data out of Oracle Eloqua and salesforce.com for troubleshooting and reporting
• Analytical skills, to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, and reconcile conflicts.
• Ability to translate user requests into underlying system needs, and distinguish solution ideas from requirements
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to comfortably work with a wide range of stakeholders across all levels including senior management at the Sr. Director and VP level
• Proven ability to communicate and build long term relationships with a diverse set of cross-functional business partners at all levels within the organization to partner, influence, negotiate and gain commitment to accomplish shared business goals while demonstrating a customer-oriented focus.
• Strong attention to detail, self-starter, and ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously within a fast-paced matrixed environment
• Preferred: Oracle recognized certification Oracle Marketing Cloud E10
• MS Office Suite: high level of proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access
