We are laser-focused on delivering real value to our customers by accelerating innovation and the application of applying agentic AI in digital service and operations management for IT organizations around the world. As an AI Engineer, you'll design, build, and operationalize practical agentic AI solutions that improve how our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations teams work You'll build copilots, intelligent agents, and automated workflows that sit inside the tools our teams use every day — including Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Claude, Power Platform, MS Fabric, Salesforce, and Snowflake You combine strong technical fundamentals with a deep understanding of business workflows, ensuring every AI solution you create is practical, adopted, and delivers measurable value.
Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to Helix's and your own success:
- Design, build, and deploy AI copilots and intelligent agents using platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, HelixGPT, Claude, and Google Gemini
- Architect conversation flows, retrieval grounding, semantic memory, and business logic to solve real business problems
- Integrate Snowflake as a real-time knowledge and grounding layer to surface insights from internal and external data
- Select and apply the most appropriate LLMs, copilots, tools, and AI patterns based on use cases, performance, and enterprise AI standards
- Implement lightweight evaluation and quality checks including prompt iteration, grounding validation, and accuracy sampling
- Deliver AI capabilities incrementally, starting with priority use cases and scaling based on feedback and measurable outcomes
- Define, track, and optimize KPIs to measure AI adoption, productivity gains, and business value
- Hands-on experience building AI copilots or agents using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Claude, Google Gemini, or similar platforms
- Strong Salesforce / CRM and GTM knowledge, including objects, automation, record relationships, and sales processes
- Experience using Snowflake for analytics, real-time insights, data grounding, or AI-driven use cases
- Solid foundations in Python, APIs, embeddings, and LLM integration patterns
- Strong understanding of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success workflows, with the ability to design AI around real operational needs
- Comfort evaluating and working across multiple LLM vendors and AI tools
- Familiarity with engineering best practices such as Git, testing, logging, and monitoring
