A Business Development Representative at BMC Software is responsible for the generation and assigning of high quality opportunities to the Field Sales Organization working in a fast paced, metrics driven, environment.
Experience Needed and Experience Offered
Business Development Representatives collaborate with the Field Sales Team to build a territory plan, to get set up for success and drive revenue by connecting with customers and building opportunities that will make all parties more successful. This involves prospecting at C-level, VP and Director Level.
•Fluency in German and English essential •Proven track record of accomplishments and over achievement of goals in software or IT Sales •Supporting the field sales team in the region •Ability to uncover business pain and handle objections •University degree or relevant experience •Outbound sales experience in a corporate environment desirable •Highly competitive streak •Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
