Join BMC's APJ Digital Centers of Excellence as a Business Development Representative, supporting our continued growth across the region. We are hiring in Singapore and Australia to accelerate pipeline generation and drive revenue across our DBA SaaS expansion. In this role, you will be at the forefront of engaging customers, building demand, and creating new business opportunities in a fast-growing, transformation-led market. Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC Software's and your own success: • Partner closely with Field Sales to build and execute territory plans focused on driving SaaS pipeline growth across APJ • Proactively generate and qualify inbound and outbound leads, converting demand into high-quality opportunities for the sales organization • Identify and engage target accounts across Singapore, Australia, and broader APJ markets, connecting with key decision-makers • Position BMC's value in AI, automation, and SaaS-driven transformation, aligning outreach to customer priorities • Build momentum within strategic DBA SaaS expansion initiatives, supporting revenue growth in a high-priority segment • Invest in continuous learning through BMC's enablement programs to strengthen your sales and market expertise To ensure you're set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:
• You are curious, commercially aware, and motivated to build pipeline in a high-growth SaaS environment • You are a strong communicator who can confidently engage stakeholders and tell compelling business stories • You are proactive and resilient, with the drive to create opportunities through outbound and creative outreach • You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, regional environment across APJ markets • You are open to learning and continuously building your knowledge in SaaS, automation, and enterprise solutions • You bring energy, collaboration, and a results-oriented mindset to a team-driven sales culture
