Business Unit

The Value & Solution Engineering group (VSE) partners with the Sales organization to deliver impactful customer experiences by combining in-depth knowledge of BMC solutions with a deep understanding of the customer's business. By leveraging their technical expertise, value-based selling techniques, and Engagement Excellence deliverables, VSE helps the customers discover and realize the value that BMC provides to their organizations.

As an AI Specialist at BMC Software, you will develop and implement AI solutions that enhance our ability to showcase the value of BMC products. Your expertise in AI technologies, generative AI, and large language models will support presales and sales teams in engaging potential clients effectively.

Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC Software's and your own success:

• Develop AI and generative AI solutions aligned with customer needs and business goals.
• Create prototypes and proof-of-concept models to demonstrate AI capabilities.
• Leverage knowledge management platforms and content repositories to build AI models for sales engagements.
• Conduct technical demos and presentations to highlight AI-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand business challenges and propose AI-based solutions.
• Provide technical support, addressing AI-related queries and concerns.
• Work cross-functionally with solution engineers, value engineers, and product managers to ensure successful AI implementations.
• Stay updated with advancements in AI, generative AI, and large language models to enhance solution offerings.

To ensure you're set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• You have proven experience in AI engineering, particularly with generative AI and large language models.
• You possess expertise in machine learning frameworks, NLP techniques, and web scraping.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop AI solutions for client challenges.
• You excel in communication and presentation, simplifying complex AI concepts for diverse audiences.
• You thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments and adapt to evolving business needs.

At BMC we believe in pay transparency and have set the midpoint of the salary band for this role at 2,628,600 INR. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. 
The salary listed is just one component of BMC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.
