ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

Your Role You're part of the leadership group responsible for the care and inspiration of the team in your store. Working closely with the Store Manager you'll help teach, coach and develop great team members and contribute to all recruiting efforts. You'll perform a majority of the store work, such as providing exceptional customer service, processing cash and credit transaction, responsibly selling alcohol, tobacco and lottery products and other normal retail recordkeeping.
Open availability is a must, since you'll be in the store on different shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays. You will need a High School diploma or equivalent to apply. A combination of some college credits and applicable retail experience isn't necessary but is a plus. Please be able to demonstrate your engaging leadership skills and development potential. You'll also need to stand, bend, and reach along with lifting at least 50 lbs., and be at least 18 years old. You will also need reliable transportation and valid auto insurance in order to perform some leader roles.
