- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
- Current California license (LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT)
- Experience providing mental health services to children and adolescents
- School-based experience preferred, but not required
- Guaranteed full-time hours with consistent weekly pay

- Complete comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions that promote emotional regulation, coping skills, and overall well-being
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, families, and community partners to support student success
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to school-wide mental health initiatives
- Maintain timely clinical documentation and ensure compliance with state, district, and organizational standards
