Student Employment Opportunities 

Yakima Valley College offers a variety of on-campus student employment opportunities designed to support student success while providing valuable work experience. Students are encouraged to apply if they are interested in gaining practical skills that complement their educational goals.

Most positions require Federal or State Work Study eligibility. Applicants should verify their work study status with the Financial Aid Office prior to submitting an application.

This posting is used to create a pool of applicants for student employment positions across the college. Departments will contact qualified applicants as opportunities become available.

Note: Student employment positions are part-time, hourly roles and are not eligible for benefits.

All employment is contingent upon Human Resources performing a background check, which is required by law. It can take up to two weeks for approval from the time your application materials are received.
