Digital Marketing & Content Manager Position Overview The Digital Marketing & Content Manager will plan, assist with creation and oversee digital content to align with marketing goals. This role is responsible for analyzing performance of content/campaigns across social media channels. This includes maintaining content calendars and sharing information across internal and external teams. There will be a strong focus on preparing and leading the social media strategy to drive engagement and brand awareness. They will communicate events and assets to digital partners, licensed and open market partners. The manager will collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to develop online strategies that increase company brand awareness. They will make sure that all company communications have consistent messages across social and digital channels. They will help identify processes, techniques, and opportunities for improvement of communication of assets and events. This person will work closely with the marketing team, sales team, licensed and open market teams and outside agencies. They should be able to work collaboratively and effectively across the team while focusing on action and learning. They also will measure how effective communications strategies are and suggest improvements. Key Responsibilities Develop and lead a comprehensive content strategy that supports the business and marketing objectives Collaborate with copywriters, graphic designers and the marketing team to produce high-quality, on-brand content Create and manage content calendars, including scheduling and publishing organic posts Support content creation, including video/reels, interactive formats, and other digital assets Track, analyze, and report on content performance, providing insights and recommendations Manage influencer partnerships and evaluate ROI Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior Skills & Competencies Expertise in social media strategy, execution, and performance analysis Proficiency in content formats including video, reels, interactive forms/features, and GIFs Strong project management skills with ability to lead cross-functional collaboration Excellent communication and presentation skills High attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a self-motivated approach Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing and social platform management Proven expertise with Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok, including content publishing and performance tracking Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Hybrid work arrangement: partial remote flexibility with required in-office days at corporate HQ in Bassett, VA IND1 #LI-KS1 #ZR
