The Basics
Location: Kansas City, MO
Compensation: $50-$60K/yr, depending on experience
Days/Hours: This will be a day shift job
Software used: Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel

What you'll be doing:
- Daily reconciliation of the position system to the grain system
- Running End of Day processes
- Researching discrepancies between the systems
- Ensuring timely corrections to reduce the risk of market fluctuations
- Special projects as assigned
Requirements to be successful in this position:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business-related field (Accounting preferred).
- Experience with grain accounting is preferred. Must have excellent organizational skills, ability to work under pressure and proficiency in math and Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.
- Be able to juggle multiple tasks according to priority, while maintaining accuracy, ability to work under pressure and work efficiently.
- Good Communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a regular work schedule which includes:
- Regular attendance
- Promptness
- Overtime as needed
- Good problem solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical ability
