~~Routes packages according to Site Location/Mail stop via Material Move ticket System for second shifts.
Coordinates the verification, inspection, and movement of incoming/outgoing material to ensure timely delivery to designated areas/building to building.
Communicate and work with peers to build/expand the site courier process in alignment with site growth.
Visually checks all incoming/outgoing material to verify quantity and for any damage to package or contents. Compares accompanying paperwork against contents and original records to confirm that the proper items have been received and inputs verification of same.
Documents missing or damaged parts and completes necessary paperwork, and escalates/documents problems.
Accepts incoming purchase orders for discrete, ASN and Supply managed inventory into Oracle ERP. Audit packing list for part number, quantity to accept into database.
Adheres to company guidelines regarding the proper handling of classified and/or hazardous materials.
May assist in the delivery of packages throughout the facility or to carriers/post office, incorporating the use of power or manual equipment and hand tools to move heavy or awkward materials or packages.
Potential to be cross trained in other areas such as mail services back up.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
~~Must have valid driver's license
Ability to respond to requests for movement of material working form computerized reports.
Basic computer skills and understanding of MS office suite (outlook, excel, PowerPoint, word)
Read and follow process flow charts
Translate work instruction to required output
Preparing and organizing using the first in - first out system
Ability to lift and transport items up to 50 lbs using required tools (Dolly, Pallet Jack etc.)
Ability to follow process documentation

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
~~Requires a High School education and a minimum of 2 years of related experience. May be required to hold government clearance. Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Basic understanding of PC applications including Oracle and iStar. As necessary, ability to work with small complex parts within a clean room environment and use special handling tools (vacuum release stations, vacuum pick-up tools, microscopes, etc.).
