Description
The individual in this position is responsible for working with the Regional Manager of the Shops to shadow working in both Sales, Customer Service, and Field Technicians .
- Support Shops with issues related to the Shops ordering or stocking strategy
- Control processes through the effective use of reporting and exception reporting.
- Optimize supply chain management by collaborating with suppliers and internal resources to resolve problems and improve purchasing, inventory, and logistical processes.
- Resolve errors in the ordering process and release purchase orders
- Manage returns processing
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and validate past due open orders
- Assess and process special buys
Requirements
- Working towards Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field preferred.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Solid problem solving approach
- Good process orientation and detail focus
