Description
We are seeking an experienced Distribution Center Manager to lead our Portland, Oregon operation. Responsible to provide strategic & operational leadership for a high-volume order fulfillment DC to include the direction of all personnel, facilities, budgets, and activities to meet P&L targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications:
- 8 – 10 years business experience
- Distribution Center experience with P&L accountability
- Persuasive communicator / strong facilitator / structured and logical thinker
- Ability to challenge the status quo
- Self-directed, proven leader
- Solid analytical and problem solving skills.
- Solid computer skills: Excel, Power Point, Access, etc.
- WMS experience necessary
- Lean background preferred
- SAP experience preferred
