American Medical Staffing (AMS) puts you first, and we are currently seeking a Correctional – Physical Therapist Assistant to join our corrections medical team in Mitchells, Virginia. This facility a state prison for men and is a security level 2. It also has a capacity of 1,193 inmates.

• Pay Rate: $900 to $1,100 per week
• Schedule: 8:00AM to 6:30p or 8-hour shifts up to 32-hours per week
• Available Shift: Days, 4-5 shifts per week
• Start Date: Two weeks from offer
• Located In: Mitchells, Virginia
• Requirements: Qualified applicants MUST have at least 1-2 years of experience, preferably in a corrections or similar setting, have a valid Physical Therapist Assistant license and be willing to obtain VA licensure.

As a Correctional Physical Therapist Assistant you will play a crucial role in providing medical care to incarcerated individuals, contributing to their well-being and rehabilitation. You will collaborate with healthcare providers and correctional staff to develop and implement individualized care plans.
