THE ROLE: 

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to lead a strategic Master Data Management (MDM) initiative within a global semiconductor organization. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership capabilities to drive data governance, automation, and advanced analytics across multiple business units.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Lead MDM Strategy & Execution: Define and implement enterprise-wide master data management frameworks, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and compliance.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, IT, finance, and product teams to align data processes with business objectives.
  • Data Modeling & Governance: Develop robust data models, taxonomies, and governance policies for PLM, PDM, and BOM systems.
  • Automation & AI Integration: Drive automation initiatives and leverage AI technologies, including chatbot development, to enhance data workflows and user experience.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Design and deliver advanced reporting solutions and dashboards using data visualization tools.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement scalable solutions for data lifecycle management.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate program status, risks, and benefits to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 

  • Extensive experience in Master Data Management within large, global organizations.
  • Hands-on experience with PLM, PDM, and BOM management systems (e.g., Teamcenter, Windchill, SAP PLM).
  • Expertise in data modeling, governance frameworks, and taxonomy development.
  • Strong background in automation tools, AI-driven solutions, and chatbot development.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and analytics (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and integration with PLM/PDM platforms.
  • Proven success in program management, leading cross-functional teams and managing complex initiatives.
  • Semiconductor industry experience or familiarity with high-tech manufacturing environments.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards (ISO, ITAR) and data security best practices.
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms and modern data stack.

 

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related technical field required.
  • Master's degree preferred (focus on Data Management, Information Systems, or Business Analytics).
