THE ROLE:

The Talent Acquisition Scheduler (Contract) will support the Talent Acquisition team and various hiring executives/hiring teams with general administrative and operational functions, as well as special projects.


THE PERSON:

The successful candidate will be self-motivated and self-guided, highly organized and detail-oriented, possess excellent customer interaction and communication skills, and be challenged by working in a fast-paced technology environment.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Scheduling candidate interviews with various interview teams/panels across multiple locations and time zones

• Provide general recruiter assistance as needed

• General data management and reporting: tracking interview schedule and results
• Assist recruiters in candidate communications
• Manage confidential information with discretion
• Provide “Wow” service to internal hiring partners and facilitate an excellent candidate experience in the recruitment process


PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
• Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills

• Ability to interact with a range of personalities and styles cross-functionally, and establish effective relationships at all levels of the organization
• Ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures and grasp new concepts

• Ability to manage competing demands, while remaining adaptable and flexible

• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times, both internally and externally
• Self-directed, detail-oriented, problem solver with a desire to contribute

• Ability to focus on desired results, determining what is important and urgent, clarifying next steps, effectively meeting deadlines, and achieving desired results
• Experience supporting HR/Recruiting teams is preferred

 

EDUCATION/ PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
High School degree required and Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent years of experience
