LOCATION: Singapore CRITERIA: Current students studying in Universities which are based in Singapore INTERNSHIP DURATION: The internship will begin on either 4 May 2026 or 20 July 2026, and will end on 4 Dec 2026. There is an option to extend the internship, with the extended period concluding on a fixed date of 18 Dec 2026.   Intern- System-On-Chip Failure Diagnostic and Debug   WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO LEARN: This internship offers a unique platform for learning and growth. You will gain hands-on experience in failure analysis and root cause identification using advanced diagnostic tools and technologies, enhancing your critical thinking and problem-solving skills. You will also learn from experienced engineers and participate in cross-functional projects, broadening your understanding of the electronics industry.   PROJECT OVERVIEW: As an intern in our Returns Debug team, you will have the unique opportunity to initiate and lead a comprehensive study on the electrical failures of system-on-chip. This hands-on role will provide you with invaluable experience in the electronics field, focusing on understanding failure conditions, identifying root causes, and developing preventative measures.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Conduct detailed analysis of duplicated electrical failures in system-on-chip.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools and methodologies to understand the conditions under which failures occur.
  • Identify root causes of failures through systematic investigation.
  • Develop and propose prevention strategies to mitigate future failures.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to gather insights and validate findings.
  • Document findings and present recommendations to stakeholders.
