You will assist in due diligence, develop integration plans, track progress, and contribute to process improvements. We're seeking a results-oriented professional with strong project management skills who thrives in a collaborative, high-tech environment.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
  • Collaborate closely with AMD leaders, deal sponsors, and target company leadership to facilitate smooth integrations and deliver on key deal objectives.
  • Support the M&A integration process from due diligence through post-close execution, including identifying integration risks, developing detailed plans, and measuring outcomes.
  • Assist in coordinating cross-functional integration teams, including areas such as Finance, IT, Legal, HR (People & Culture), R&D, Supply Chain, Marketing & Communications, and Operations.
  • Manage workstream-specific tasks, ensuring transparency, frequent updates, and proactive issue resolution; serve as a resource for functional leads.
  • Track integration progress using tools like Smartsheet, develop scorecards, templates, and playbooks, and report on KPIs to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of AMD's M&A integration processes by capturing learnings, refining best practices, and enhancing efficiency.
  • Participate in corporate development activities, such as evaluating potential targets, conducting market analyses, and supporting deal structuring and valuation.
  • Think strategically and problem-solve roadblocks, balancing analytical rigor with effective communication to drive consensus across diverse teams.
What We Look For (Required Qualifications)
  • Experience in M&A integration, post-merger integration, corporate development, consulting, or project management, preferably within a technology, semiconductor, or high-growth industry.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives, build relationships, and influence without direct authority.

  • Ability to analyze and synthesize information, identify issues, and recommend solutions in complex environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated commitment to execution excellence, embracing feedback, and thriving in a collaborative culture.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in the semiconductor, technology, or financial services sectors, with a focus on hardware, software, or digital products.
  • Familiarity with the full M&A lifecycle, including due diligence, valuation, and synergy capture.
  • Advanced degree such as MBA, JD, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of desktop applications like Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
