THE ROLE:

Staff Financial Analyst

We are searching for an experienced financial analyst to join our team and drive success within the Global Operations & Quality Finance group. This is a role that will collaborate directly with Global Operations business unit as well as the Segment Business Units to help manage the global manufacturing processes that directly support the inventory, revenue, gross margin, and operating expense targets of the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain financial models used to drive quarterly, annual, and long-range planning for cost of goods sold, operating expenses, and inventory.
• Partner closely with the business units to consolidate inventory projections, validating inputs and provided key analysis to help make effective business decisions.
• Handle weekly cash forecasting for GOQ's focused areas, working closely with business partners and Treasury.
• Oversee automation projects to help drive simplification and process improvement.
• Perform month end and quarter end close activities, support reporting and consolidation activities.
• Support intra-quarter forecast/outlook processes and provide critical spend analysis.
• Help drive presentations and reporting to executive management for financial-related inputs.
• Coordination with global cross functional teams.
• Efficiently deliver Ad Hoc analysis, reporting, and projects on request.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong financial modeling skill is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Power Point is preferred.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Good understanding of financial concepts and general understanding of US GAAP accounting principles.
• Excellent understanding of/or skills with financial planning & reporting systems. SAP experience is preferable. SQL, data mining, and database management skills would be helpful.
• Prior experience supporting global manufacturing processes in a fast-paced environment is a plus as well as experience in working with global cross functional teams.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
• Extensive relevant experience desired, preferably in the tech industry.
