THE ROLE: 

We are looking for an adaptive, self-motivated senior systems engineer to join our growing team. We are looking to hire a seasoned SAP Techno-Functional person to join our growing team. Successful applicants will have an understanding of SAP Sales & Distribution,  Settlement Management and Vistex Rebate along with the proven ability to apply this knowledge to our business operations. The ideal candidate will possess both the technical proficiency to provide data management solutions and the soft skills necessary to effectively communicate, solve problems, and work independently.

THE PERSON: 

You're a highly motivated team player with a strong development background, problem solving mentality, excellent communication skills, ability to prioritize tasks along with willingness to learn and adapt. Excellent teamwork skills and capable of working independently.  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Develop and support enterprise applications at expert level and drive timely resolution  
• Facilitate stand-up meetings, reviews, estimation, sprint, release planning, demos, burndown tracking, and other Scrum related meetings  
• Independent and joint collaboration between multi-functional teams for development, testing, debugging and implement requirements for enterprise application  
• Excellent teamwork skills and capable of working independently  
• Particularly good communicator, able to engage and effectively respond to diverse partners  
• Able to proactively support team culture that fosters knowledge sharing, excellence, and collaboration
• Implement SAP Rebate, Settlement and Vistex solutions, ensuring that all procedures align with company policies and marketplace trends.
• Provide support and maintenance to existing system process.
• Generate innovative insights and solutions based on rebate, settlement processes, and Vistex.
• Use their understanding of business processes and requirements to ensure successful implementation of rebate, settlement processes, and Vistex.
• Work independently with users to define concepts under direction of project leaders.
   Support Month End for finance closing.
  

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 

• Strong experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S4/HANA
• Prefer previous experience in SAP Techno-Functional role, with a focus on ABAP and SAP OTC.
• Familiarity with rebate or settlement processes, and Vistex process experience is a plus.
• Ability to interpret user needs and work independently to deliver efficient solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate productive team collaboration.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field strongly preferred.
