Job Role and Responsibility: Xilinx, Inc., a subsidiary of AMD, Inc., is hiring Sr. Program Management Analyst to Define, plan and drive projects and program plans based on management and senior technical guidance. Collect, analyze, organize, and publish work performance data via dashboards and recurring status reports. Identify and document customer requirements and establish engineering schedules. Develop pre-silicon readiness and post-silicon plans to validate specific IPs/functional blocks within the SOC, covering both functional operation and electrical characteristics. Create and maintain project management artifacts such as schedule, resource and resource forecast, risk and issues logs. Identify root-cause failures found in SoC validation and Characterization. Collaborate with cross-functional team in developing HW/SW tools to be proactively improve post-silicon validation test strategy, methodology and process. Develop post-silicon validation infrastructure (software, hardware, automation, and lab setup). Lead, define, design, verify, and/or document ASIC development projects. Drive projects or processes of significant technical importance. Exercise independent judgment to select methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Utilize knowledge of or wide-ranging experience with computers and electronics, including circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, design techniques, tools, and principles to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. Apply knowledge of engineering principles, best practices, and technologies to the design, development, and testing of various AMD products.

Qualifications: Degree required
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
Qualifications: Amount and type of experience required: Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or closely related engineering or technical project manager role.
Alternate combination of education and experience: Employer will alternatively accept a bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or closely related engineering or technical project manager role.
Specific skills required: The following skills are required:
Position requires Two (2) years of experience in the following:
- Delivering product solution deliverables through product lifecycle;
- C, C++, or Python;
- Embedded system design flow;
- Performing validation of hardware, chipset, software, and compatibility specification;
- Creating test designs to root cause design-level failures; and
- Analyze customer issue logs to configure and integrate new product solution projects.
