THE PERSON:

The ideal candidate for this role will be a self-directed, high-output individual with a background in semiconductor business planning and strong experience in operations, data analytics and agile delivery concepts. They'll navigate a fast-paced, constantly changing environment, adapting their communication style to various audiences at the working level and with executive leadership to make data-driven recommendations that have substantial technical, business, and financial impact. The person will possess the ability to build positive partnerships with executives and across teams to deliver insights, recommendations, innovations, action plans and centralized reports on a timely, regular basis.

 

KEY RESPONSIBLITES:

  • Manage and lead a team of data analytics developers, program managers and analysts
  • Drive detailed systems analysis to create or improve cross-functional business processes across product, operations, business development, and program management teams
  • Scope, build, and deliver analytics projects through a variety of frameworks including business and technical requirements gathering, prototyping, sprint cycle management, and agile methodologies
  • Prepare and present analytics presentations in both business user terminology and technical terminology, adjusting dynamically based on the audience
  • Deliver monthly analytics roadmap updates to executive management
  • Maintain recurrent, proactive stakeholder communication across various teams to ensure analytics solutions are well suited and operational
  • Support routine forecast management deliverables including portfolio-level demand forecasting, supply and shipped in partnership with key leaders in product and program engineering teams

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Advanced semiconductor operations experience in manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and industrial engineering roles
  • People management experience, including early career development and mentorship
  • Direct ownership in delivering large scope systems analysis and integration projects
  • Intermediate to expert-level knowledge of IT best practices in domains such as infrastructure, dev ops, and data warehousing
  • Intermediate to expert level analytical skills in Excel
  • Proficient in dashboard design elements in PowerBI or similar
  • Practical experience in power queries, ETL workflows, DAX, and SQL

 

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Technology or related field
