THE ROLE

The Senior AI Engineer for Solution Marketing designs, builds, and deploys AI-driven systems that accelerate how AMD positions, markets, and sells integrated AI and HPC solutions.
This individual contributor role owns AI agent development—from backend infrastructure and APIs to data pipelines, workflow orchestration, and lightweight user interfaces.

You will deliver AI solutions that enhance competitive intelligence, content generation, field enablement, and cross‑workflow automation. This role partners closely with Product Marketing across AMD's portfolio, Corporate Marketing, Field Enablement, Sales Operations, and IT to operationalize AI within AMD's systems-level go‑to‑market strategy.

THE PERSON

You are an AI engineer with strong full‑stack development skills who thrives at the intersection of advanced AI systems and go‑to‑market execution. You enjoy translating ambiguous business and marketing needs into robust, production-ready AI solutions. You balance technical depth with clear communication, working seamlessly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. You excel in fast-moving environments where you can architect systems end‑to‑end, automate complex workflows, and drive measurable business impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

AI Systems & Agent Development

  • Design, build, and operate production-grade AI agents and multi-step workflows (e.g., RAG, tool-using agents).
  • Create backend services, APIs, data pipelines, and integrations that support enterprise-scale AI applications.
  • Develop user-facing surfaces (UIs, extensions, or workflow embeds) enabling easy adoption of AI outputs.

Competitive Intelligence & Change Monitoring

  • Build AI-driven monitoring across product positioning, benchmarks, pricing, messaging, and ecosystem activity.
  • Automate alerts, summaries, and downstream actions to support Product Marketing and field teams.
  • Convert monitored signals into clear, actionable insights aligned with system-level GTM strategy.

Workflow Automation & Enablement

  • Create AI systems that increase content velocity, reduce manual marketing tasks, and improve execution consistency.
  • Automate cross-functional marketing workflows spanning campaigns, launches, and field enablement.
  • Measure and report the impact of AI-driven automation on marketing and pipeline performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Sales Ops, and IT to ensure solutions align with enterprise workflows.
  • Work directly with non-technical stakeholders to refine use cases and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Ensure reliability, observability, and well-defined evaluation of AI systems in production environments.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in semiconductor, data center, AI infrastructure, or enterprise systems.
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, or sales enablement platforms.
  • Background in product marketing, sales engineering, RevOps, or related GTM functions.
  • Exposure to integrated systems, platform-level GTM, or systems-level marketing.
  • Business degree or training in addition to technical credentials or equivalent combination of education and experience.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field desired
  • Advanced degree in technical or business disciplines preferred

This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
