JOB DETAILS:

• Location: Penang, Malaysia
• Onsite/Hybrid: This role requires the student to work full time, either in a hybrid or onsite or remote work structure throughout the duration of the co-op/intern term.
• Duration: June 2025 to December 2025 (Flexibility to meet intern's availability)

THE ROLE:

We are looking for a passionate individual to join our SAP Logistics Functional Team.

In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing and maintaining our SAP systems that support supply chain and logistics processes.

You will also have opportunities to explore and learn modern technologies in areas such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori apps, automation tools, and data analytics to keep pace with the latest industry trends.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and enhance SAP logistics modules (e.g., MM, SD, WM, EWM).
• Engaging with stakeholders to perform requirement gathering, analysis and system design buyoff.
• Perform system configuration to enable standard SAP functionality, prepare functional specification for system customization, support testing and deploying solution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure smooth system functionality.
• Gain exposure to modern digital supply chain tools, data visualization, and automation in logistics workflows.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:

• Hands-on experience in SAP logistics modules and end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Cutting-edge innovations in SAP such as S/4HANA and embedded analytics.
• Exposure to cloud-based solutions, process automation, and real-time reporting.
• Opportunities to develop expertise in cross-functional collaboration, project management, and problem-solving. 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields.
• Strong interest in ERP systems (SAP) and their role in business process of supply chain/logistics.
• Proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and a knack for solving problems.
• Understanding of databases, programming, or process modeling is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in SAP or ERP related application will be an added advantage.
