THE ROLE:
As a Reliability Technical Program Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and executing on reliability related testing of server and rack platform programs. You'll work seamlessly with the design team, materials team, reliability engineers, and the customer to coordinate the reliability testing, the communication of test results, and support failure and root case analysis.
This role sits within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, where your expertise and leadership will be invaluable. You'll become a central figure, coordinating test schedules, communicating critical updates, and spearheading failure analysis. A strong understanding of server platforms and their intricate components is essential, as is the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.

Your ability to navigate complex issues with a calm and objective perspective will be crucial, as will your talent for driving results and leading with strategic vision.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Crafting the roadmap: Develop comprehensive test schedules in collaboration with engineering teams, internal/external labs, and key stakeholders, ensuring thorough product evaluation.
- Building bridges: Foster relationships with internal and external labs to create robust test plans and execute rigorous testing procedures.
- Weekly communication: Participate in core team meetings to communicate test updates, monitor progress, and uphold tight alignment with upcoming milestones.
- Risk navigator: Identify and communicate potential testing risks to stakeholders, proactively proposing mitigation strategies and facilitating solutions with hardware/software engineering teams.
- Master of tests: Manage a diverse range of reliability tests, including temperature/humidity, HALT, dye and pry, and more.
- Customer champion: Collaborate with service teams to guarantee customer product specifications are met in terms of reliability and serviceability.
- Issue tracking: Track and log system/rack level test issues, bugs, tasks, system requirements, and test cases related to thermals and reliability hardware.
- Planning maestro: Review test plans with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and specifications, and driving for customer buy-in.
- Information hub: Maintain detailed documentation, test reports, and project information, disseminating critical data to stakeholders, customers, and partners.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Demonstrated experience in product development and R&D for mechanical or electrical systems, including system testing and validation.
- A thorough understanding of system-level server platforms and the intricate interactions of each component.
- Familiarity with liquid cooling technology and its integration with servers and racks.
- Experience in collaborating directly with customers, fostering positive relationships.
- A proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, showcasing exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- A knack for project management, adeptly developing schedules and tracking milestones.
- PMP certification a plus.
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science required.
- Master's degree preferred.
