THE ROLE:

The Price Desk Program Manager drives operational excellence and business transformation across the Price Desk organization by leading strategic programs, process optimization, AI enablement, and enterprise system implementations. This role serves as the bridge between Pricing, Operations, and other business teams, ensuring scalable processes, successful C3 deployment, data-driven decision making, and continuous innovation that enhances pricing execution, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Price Desk processes, policies, and operational workflows to drive efficiency, scalability, and global consistency
  • Implement strategic pricing and business initiatives across multiple Business Units, ensuring alignment with pricing strategy, sales objectives, operational requirements, and business growth priorities
  • Serve as the business lead for pricing systems transformations, including C3 implementation, process redesign, requirements definition, user acceptance testing (UAT), change management, and deployment readiness to improve pricing workflow automation and user experience
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement AI-driven solutions that improve pricing operations, accelerate quote processing, enhance analytics capabilities, automate manual tasks, and provide actionable business insights across the pricing lifecycle
  • Partner with IT, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Data & Analytics, and Pricing stakeholders to integrate AI, automation, and system capabilities into core pricing processes and decision-making frameworks
  • Drive automation and systems enhancements across pricing tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Model N, Power BI, C3), identifying opportunities to improve data quality, operational efficiency, reporting capabilities, and pricing governance
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, operating procedures, training materials, playbooks, and enablement programs to support organizational readiness and adoption of new systems and tools
  • Lead cross-functional projects supporting pricing transformation, new product introductions, pricing governance, AI enablement, process automation, and enterprise system modernization 

 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

 

  •  Working knowledge of Model N and SFDC

  •  Strong Excel skills

  •  Ability to manage through influence

  •  Strong leadership and program management skills

  •  Understanding of Finance and Accounting principles

  •  Demonstrated ability to communicate and present across   multiple organizations

 

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

 

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Master's degree a plus
