HRBP Manager :


Reporting to the Sr Manager, HRBP, incumbent will support key BU's having presence in India. Person will work alongside existing India HR Leads teams to support India HR charter utilizing your excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills to drive employee engagement and manage change. You will get exposure to many different aspects of the business, and the opportunity to work on both local and global HRBP projects.
The Person
Preferred Experience:

12+ years preferred of multifaceted HR experience with atleast 3-4 years of recent HR Business Partner experience.

Experience in a global, matrixed Technical/Engineering High Tech Company.

Validated analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to research, assess, validate, and interpret data in a way that naturally creates an accurate narrative.

Ability to work in a sophisticated organization and engaging partners and leading expectations as required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills with the ability to interact effectively across functions and at various levels within the organization.

Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable leading multiple concurrent assignments with shifting priorities.

Demonstrated ability to build and sustain positive cross functional relationships.

Action and results orientated.

Most importantly, collaborative, pragmatic and commercial - someone who is proactive and who enjoys being visible and delivering tangible results to your customers and the business, whilst staying connected to the wider HR team and strategy.

 

Education :


Masters/Bachelor's degree in HR or similar subject area preferred.
