The Role
We are looking to hire a permanent member of our EMEA OSS (OnSite Support Services) team. The EMEA OSS team supports employees and contractors in our 40+ locations across the region. Our focus is on supporting client technology (primarily Windows) and Audio Video services, and on successful Day 1 onboarding for new employees. We strive for a high level of customer satisfaction through providing quality and efficicent support services, alongside the ability to adapt to the ever changing technology landscape
This role will be based on site in our Dublin office and is full time in office
What you'll be doing
- Providing first & second level support to all EMEA based employees and contractors, in person or remote
- Imaging and deploying laptops to support new hire and laptops refresh processes
- Ensuring successful Day 1 IT onboarding for all new employees
- Managing assigned Incidents and Tasks though closure, ensuring regular updates to users and efficient resolution
- Support of internal meetings and events
- Participation in and support of projects and technology deployments
- Documentation of support processes and knowledge articles
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years hands-on technical experience supporting Windows client technology preferably in a corporate environment
- Working knowledge of laptop imaging tools such as SCCM and AutoPilot
- Working experience of supporting meetings and of meeting tools & technology (e.g. Cisco Video Conferencing, Teams & Zoom)
- Working Knowledge of mobile technology and devices (e.g. iPhone, Android & InTune)
- Working Knowledge of Linux desired but not essential
- Familiarity with networking concepts (DNS, LAN, WAN).
- Familiarity with Ai tools such as CoPilot and Claude desired
About You
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science
- A strong interest in technology and experience working in a customer-facing environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and written
- Good time management and the ability to prioritize work
- A willingness to learn and adapt as technology changes
