THE ROLE:

As a SAP Logistics Functional Fresh Graduate, you will be part of the IT Logistics team supporting enterprise SAP solutions across global logistics operations. This role provides hands-on exposure to SAP logistics modules, business processes, and project implementation activities while working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

You will contribute to both daily operational support and SAP logistics projects, gaining practical experience in a large-scale, fast-paced enterprise environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide functional support for SAP Logistics modules including LE, WM, EWM, TM, and GTS
• Work closely with Business Process Owners (BPOs) to understand business requirements and drive process standardization across the organization
• Participate in requirement gathering, functional analysis, and solution design activities
• Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of SAP logistics projects and enhancements
• Perform SAP configuration,  unit testing, and functional testing for system changes
• Support preparation of functional documentation, test scripts, and user guides
• Provide end-user training and post-implementation support
• Support Loftware label design and related testing activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, business users, and external partners
• Support and resolve Logistics ServiceNow tickets, including issue analysis, coordination, and follow-up

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Basic understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes
• Basic knowledge of SAP Logistics concepts
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills
• Exposure to SAP modules such as LE, WM, EWM, TM, or GTS
• Understanding of logistics, warehouse, or supply chain processes
• Experience or coursework related to SAP configuration or testing
• Strong interest in building a career in SAP Logistics / Supply Chain IT
• Basic knowledge of ABAP (reading/debugging code is an advantage)
• AI knowledge to complement in logistics functions

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
