THE ROLE:
The Global Operations and Quality (GOQ) Business Operations team is responsible for budget, Headcount, training, and the GOQ co-op program. We work with all organizations across GOQ and are key to driving efficiencies and bringing on top talent. The purpose of this position is to support the GOQ, Business Operations team. In this role you will have the opportunity to bring insights into business operations strategy and pinpoint future BU needs. You will learn to seemlessly integrate into and work with a diverse team while developing best preactices across a global organization.
THE PERSON:
Your contributions will span many areas, including review and revision of training programs, key training areas, compilation and assessment of organizational training needs, aiding in creating training content. As a key member of the team, you will have significant deliverables that will help us achieve our overall product goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Co-owner of global leadership program
- Backup for global executive level program
- Work with key stakeholders across global organization
- Own management training across global organization
- Act as backup manager
- Help create BU specific training content
- Aid in creating practices and procedures for Strategic Growth Partners team
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience working in an L&D function
- Knowledge of end-to-end development of training programs
- Experience in program management, program development, and program implementation
- Experience working with varied stakeholders
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to manage your time effectively
- Strong organizational and communication skills

Bachelor's degree
