FELLOW, GPU EMULATION

THE ROLE:

We are looking for a Fellow-level Engineer to join our team to develop world-class products around discrete, console and mobile GPUs. You will be engaged with Graphics RTL, DV and CAD/Methodology and internal stakeholders to provide valuable insight into new and emerging technologies and define emulation flows and methodologies that lead to significant improvements in productivity, cost, quality or PPA.

 

THE PERSON:

You are a visionary with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with attention to detail. You are an effective team player who focuses on collaboration, team building, mentoring, and furthering team success. You have strong communication, time management, and presentation skills.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own and drive future Emulation methodologies within the Graphics teams while keeping close alignment with the central VBU team
  • Identify complex technical problems, conduct thorough analysis, propose possible solutions
  • Research technologies that could have significant impact on graphics products design and/or use  
  • Work directly with the Emulation team to develop and deploy innovative methodology improvements across product lines
  • Communicate, collaborate with and influence a network of experienced architects and designers around the world

 

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

  • Bachelors or masters degree in computer engineering/Electrical Engineering
