THE ROLE
As part of AMD's EMEA Commercial organization, you will lead Value Creation and Alliances, playing a critical role in how AMD engages the market and accelerates growth across key sectors. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, marketing, and sales, shaping how AMD positions its technology, builds demand, and collaborates with partners across the ecosystem.
You will work closely with Business Units, Marketing, PR, Account Executives, and Alliance partners to design and deliver targeted, sector-specific campaigns that resonate with executive decision-makers. From developing thought leadership in key industries such as Telco, to orchestrating engagement with ISVs, System Integrators, and channel partners, you will help define AMD's presence and influence across EMEA.
This is a highly visible, “builder” role where you will create structure, drive initiatives from idea to execution, and contribute directly to AMD's growth ambition. You will operate in a collaborative, fast-moving environment, engaging with both internal leaders and external partners to deliver measurable impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
What you'll be doing
- Design and execute value creation initiatives that drive demand and strengthen AMD's market positioning across key sectors
- Develop and deliver targeted campaigns, events, and engagement strategies aligned with EMEA priorities
- Build and scale relationships with ISVs, System Integrators, and ecosystem partners to drive joint success
- Collaborate with Business Units, Marketing, PR, and Sales teams to align messaging and go-to-market execution
- Position AMD's technology portfolio effectively across industry-specific use cases and customer challenges
Your first months
- Build a strong understanding of AMD's portfolio, target sectors, and key stakeholders
- Establish relationships with internal teams and alliance partners across EMEA
- Review ongoing initiatives and begin supporting campaign execution and partner engagement
As you grow in the role
- Take ownership of value creation strategies across assigned sectors
- Lead planning and execution of campaigns, ensuring alignment with business priorities
- Develop engagement models that connect AMD with key decision-makers and industry influencers
- Strengthen collaboration across teams to drive consistent and impactful execution
Longer term
- Build a strong market presence for AMD across key sectors, positioning AMD as a trusted voice and partner
- Scale alliance engagement and drive measurable contribution to revenue growth
- Influence go-to-market strategy through insights on customer needs, market trends, and partner feedback
- Establish repeatable and scalable frameworks for value creation across EMEA
Ongoing responsibilities
- Monitor performance of campaigns and alliance initiatives, tracking engagement and outcomes
- Report progress, insights, and impact to senior stakeholders
- Align closely with regional leaders and sales teams on priorities and execution
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to deliver consistent results
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve engagement and expand impact
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Experience working in sector-focused sales, marketing, or business development environments
- Familiarity with telecom or related industries, including enterprise and digital transformation ecosystems
- Experience engaging with ISVs, System Integrators, or channel partners
- Strong background in demand generation, campaign development, or market engagement
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across regional and global teams
- Experience managing budgets and measuring return on investment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS
- Degree in business, marketing, technology, or a related field preferred
LOCATION
- EMEA, with flexibility on location and regular travel across the region
